Meet
Shannon
Shannon Demma is the Founder and Principal Designer at Urbana Design.
Shannon has over 20 years of experience in the design + build world, designing and crafting homes throughout the Santa Cruz area.
Strongly influenced by the coastal elements of the Monterey Bay, Shannon thrives on creating spaces that connect to nature, nurture the soul and provide purposeful, meaningful experiences. Shannon believes timeless home design elevates and enhances life.
Shannon currently lives in Santa Cruz with her husband and two children. They embrace a life of constant construction projects, design discussions, surfing, hiking, fishing, backpacking, and simply enjoying the beauty life has to offer.
Meet
Tony
Tony Demma is the founder of Santa Cruz, Design + Build. Partnered with Shannon, he built and remodeled custom homes throughout the Santa Cruz area. After 20+ years managing the construction aspect of their Design + Build construction company, Tony changed careers to Construction Consulting. Although Tony is mainly engaged in high level building science discussions, he still maintains his creative vision and affinity for woodworking and unique building projects.. Tony collaborates with Shannon on niche, specialty projects and assists in navigating through challenging, complex renovations.
